Jerusalem - Divine  "Signal to the nations"

The foremost,  yet most ignored Divine Signal of fulfillment of Biblical Prophecy, is enshrouded in the 'Final Status of Jerusalem' conditions,  to be determined in Peace Talks between the Israeli Government and the Palestinian Authority who both claim sole rights to Jerusalem and its Holy Places.  These Talks now seem to have been abandoned on the rocks without any solution, while a protracted war situation between the Palestinians and the Israelis are expected to last for the next few months.

If neighbouring Arab States come to the Palestinians' support, the situation could deteriorate.  In Aug. 2001 there were reports of Iraqi Commandos numbering in the thousands, having penetrated Jordania on their way to the Israeli border vowing to liberate "all of Palestine", and allowing President Saddam Hussein to cast himself as the defender of Jerusalem.  The official Iraqi News Agency had earlier in the year reported that more than 7 million men and women - nearly a third of the 22 million Iraqi population - volunteered for this military vision.  While the world is totally unaware, the first weeks in August 2001 brought rumours of a major regional war building up - expected by Sept. this year.  What these Reports do not realise, is that this time co-incides with the Sacred Festive Season of the 'Jewish' Feast of Trumpets (18 Sept - 10 Oct. 2001).  Click here for full  News Watch Reports on the Coming Middle East War.

Although not one of the Peace Agreements which had beeen 'reached' between Israel and Palestinians over the last 10 years are in force any longer, leftist sections in the Israeli government are still arttempting to move the goal posts wider and wider every time to accomodate Palestinian demands.  They are seemingly deaf for, or they dont take to heart Yasser Arafat's intentions of nothing less than a total return of the land of all Israel to Palestine.  Oct. 2000, at the time of the annual celebration of the Jewish Feast of Trumpets (which portrays the Great Judgment, Time of final Redemption and setting up of God's Kingdom),  saw the start of the 'War of Attrition' (also referred to as 'Arafat's War for Jerusalem') between Israel and the Palestinians.  At this time of writing (Aug 2001), 11 months later, the tension between the two sides is fast increasing and there are predictions for War within weeks, from several international sources, as the next Feast of 'Judgement' (Yom Kippur) and Redemption is approaching.  In a desperate bid to prevent the unrest to develop into 'the unthinkable',  Pres. Clinton, before leaving office in 2000, has been trying to get the two sides to agree on a Peace formula, without success.  Subsequent attempts by the new Pres. Bush and the rest of the world, have also failed.

Is it mere co-incidence that the future of Jerusalem has reached its critical watershed now,  at the historical beacon of the entry into the 7th millennium?

For decades now, the Arab-Israel conflict was a potential fuse to the igniting of an international military confrontation - dreadedly of nuclear magnitude.  The Year 1997 will go down in history as the year in which "The Battle for Jerusalem" revealed itself to the entire world, in a matter of weeks, as the culminating flashpoint in the Middle East.   The Final Countdown to Armageddon has begun!

The current War of Attrition, backed by Arafat's confirmation of the Palestinians' fight for sovereignty over Jerusalem, marked the conclusion of the 7-year period since the signing of the historic Oslo Peace Treaty in Sept 1993 - again, at the time of the significant Jewish Feast period of Redemption.

The outcome of this Battle for Jerusalem could be the ultimate Trigger to thrust the world into the Biblically prophecied fiery Abyss of Armageddon - the Final cataclysmic War of Wars, referred to by the Prophets as the War of Gog &  Magog!

Gradually it is becoming clear, that not Arab interests, not Palestinian oppression, not Jewish occupation, not territory, nor Peace, is really the issue - but, control of Jerusalem, now emerges as the flashpoint to, what Ancient Biblical Prophecies, as long as 3000 years ago, predicted would be the Cause for a Final World War of catastrophic magnitude - marking "The End of the World".

Suddenly the Jewish 3000-year old claim to it's ancient capitol - the central theme of Jewish prayer throughout its 2000-year exile from the Land - is vehemently opposed by the Palestinians who have never yet had a capital city, and who's official religion, Islam, regards Jerusalem as only the third most important in the world.  The Israeli government have vowed that Jerusalem will remain the "eternal undivided Jewish Capitol".  And behind the scenes, the Pope is making urgent overtures for internationalisation of Jerusalem under his control as Peacemaker.  In concert, the whole world has turned against Israel, denying the Jewish right to their ancient Biblical capitol.

The Bible is brimful of Divine Oaths that Jerusalem would be restored by the remnant of its ancient Jewish nation,  in preparation for the establishment of the physical Kingdom of God on earth.  The last few decades have witnessed this unprecedented return of the exiled Jews from the four corners of the earth, after 2000 years' living amongst other nations - and the rebuilding of ancient Jerusalem into a modern City.  This Regathering onto soil which in the interim had become a land of dispute between many nations, now became the cause of great friction between Jews and Arabs.  The 'new' Jewish State, declared in May 1948, was the cause of several wars with the potential every time, to ignite an international confrontation.  Nuclear warfare is now an open option, with Arab countries like Iraq and Iran frantically scrambling to create these weapons of mass destruction - while it is 'an open secret', that Israel has nuclear capabilities which it would not hesitate to use as its "Samson option" - namely, pushed far enough, to bring the whole building down rather than surrender its ownership.

A study of the Feast of Trumpets will reveal that the culminating scenario at the Close of this Dispensation and the Start of a New World Order under the 'physical' rule of the Creator God of Israel,  is depicted by the Sacred Season at this time of the Feast of Trumpets in the seventh Biblical month.

"The 'forgotten' and discarded Feasts of YHVH, 'the God of Israel',  may this year very likely fulfill its destined role as indicator of "The Times of Restoration", through the announcement of 'Warning Signs' about the imminent setting up of the universal Kingdom of the Creator God of the universe.  This Sacred Feast Day, falling on the 1st day of the Biblical 7th month  (which in the year 2000 corresponds to 30 September), introduces the series of Sacred Feasts spanning 3 weeks into October.  The various Feasts of this period, depict the Final Resurrection of Israel and the Redemption of those people of all nations who will qualify for citizenship of the New Universal Kingdom of God, with Jerusalem as its Capital".

Why the 'announcements' denoted by these Feasts should be done by way of warning 'trumpeting' of ominous and perilous times for humanity, is twofold:

- firstly,  to serve as a warning of final preparation and readiness to those who will populate this Kingdom subject to its strict requirements for entrance;

- secondly, as a triumphant announcement of the arrival of the King of Kings, in fulfillment of ancient Prophecy, to overpower the opposing forces of evil and disruption and the "destroyers of His perfect creation".

The warning sirens this year (Sept 2000), blasted right on time with a Palestinin Jihad (uprising) in Jerusalem, when an Israeli cabinet minister, Ariel Sharon (currently the newly elected prime Minister by a land-slide victory),  accompanied by a delegation of 'rightist' Jewish cabinet ministers, dared to visit the most sacred Jewish Site in all the world - The Temple Mount in Jerusalem.  In the commotion that followed when the Palestinians used the occasion for aggresive demonstrations against Jews who visited the Holy Sites (over which Israel holds official sovereignty, but where the Muslim Dome of the Rock is also situated), a Palestinian was shot dead - which sparked a Jihad uprising which 2 weeks later was declared 'war'.  By the end of the 3-weeks Festival which saw the Jihad reaching the inner cities of Israel,  the war had moved right to the outskirts of Jerusalem, which Arafat claimed to be the Palestinian's "March on Jerusalem".

Now, as the Biblical Feast of Trumpets is approaching again (18 Sept - 10 Oct. 2001), the 11-month old escalating War of Attrition threatens a major regional Middle East war,  which could easily draw other nations into its wake.  As reports surfaced of surrounding Arab nations )Syria, Egypt, Iraq) preparing to assist Arafat in his 'Battle for Jerusalem', there were rumblings from Russia, and even China offering to assist Syria in its support for the Palestinians!  For latest reports, refer to http://www.revelations.org.za/MiddleEastWar.htm

The Final Battle and the subsequent Restoration and Establishment of God's earthly Kingdom has been foreshadowed in the Divine Plan, by a series of Sacred Feasts to be commemorated in the 7th Hebrew month.  This time setting corresponds with Sept / Oct of the secular year and is calculated and appointed by the new moon in the seventh month after Pesach (Passover) - the period of Feasts which depicted the initial requirements for this Restoration Process which would precede the actual installation of the Eternal Kingdom of YHVH.  The seventh  month series of Feasts, depict the events entailed in the actual setting up of this Kingdom, viz. the Conquering War Battle; the actual qualifying selection (Judgment) and the Celebration in the New Kingdom in Jerusalem.  Understandably therefore,  this ancient City in the Middle East, is currently the Pawn in a Battle which is building up and which, according to Biblical Prophecy, will culminate in the War to end all Wars - a nuclear and/or bio-chemical holocaust threatening the eradication of Israel and the annihilation of its Jewish population off the face of the earth.

It is these tumultuous events which the "Feast of Trumpets", falling on the first day of the seventh Biblical month,  foreshadows.  Judgment Day (Yom Kippur) comes ten days later, followed four days later by 8 days of Succot, the most joyous season in the otherwise austere spirit of the 'Jewish' Religious Festivals.  This series of Feasts is concluded by "The Last Great Day" - the eighth day of the Festival.

While Christianity have maintained some imitation form of the first series of the Biblical Festive Cycle (i.e. Pesach - Easter;  Shavuot - Pentecost), it has lost almost totally, or otherwise has discarded this third or concluding series of Sacred Feasts of the seventh month, which depict the staggering concluding events in the setting up of God's Kingdom in Jerusalem on earth.

The Sacred Festive Season of the Feast of Trumpets of September 1999, also introduced a season of awesome worldwide natural disasters, which may well be the foreshadow for the fulfillment of this long awaited Divine Promise.  (Continue reading to 'Havoc from the Heavens' further down, for a summary of the 1999 abnormal natural disasters which hit earth, or click here to go straight there).

The Feast of Trumpets season, Oct. 2000, focused the spotlight on Jerusalem, God's 'Signal' to the nations (Isa. 11:12).  The current Battle for Jerusalem entered its final stage with the signing of the Oslo Peace Accord in Sept. 1993 (once again, at the time of the Feast of Trumpets!).  Seven intermittent years of Peace negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, failed to achieve an acceptable solution.  With the Camp David Talks ended in deadlock, in July 2000,  the 'Final Status of Jerusalem' was left unresolved, with the dead-line date for a solution, as required by the Oslo accord, being end Sept 2000.  Yasser Arafat had temporarily postponed the unilateral declararation of a Palestinian State  threatened for 13 Sept. 2000, the 7th anniversary and culmination of Oslo (and simply days away from the symbolic and austere Season of the Sacred 'Feasts of Trumpets').  While the Final Status Talks on Jerusalem has now reached stalemate, current conditions threaten to unleash serious implications in this explosive region of the Middle East.

Bible students and interpreters of Biblical Prophecy, from a wide variety of religious backgrounds,  all agree in one point:  That the 'Countdown to Armageddon with Jerusalem at its center", has entered the final hour!

Financial Collapse

While conservative (or is it sober?) financial commentators foresaw an end to history's biggest bull run yet, the markets kept escalating up to end Dec 2000,
in total disregard for the shaky fundamentals underlying world finances, especially in the USA.  These shaky foundations were further undermined by the dumping of massive amounts of newly printed moneys into the coffers of the banks, in case of a Y2K run on Cash.  This provided 'cheap' money to fuel the biggest spending age in history, in the economy and on the Stock Markets - but, it ignored sound financial principles.

Then, the 1st quarter of 2000 (with Y2K fears erased), the markets started slumping. There is an eerie similarity between the economic conditions which ruled before the Great Depression,  and those of the present.  The current fundamentals are in total disarray.   There is tremendous stress in the credit system.  Credit peeks are at breathtaking all time highs - which is a traditional and almost foundational factor normally preceding Stock Market Crashes.

Now only, in retrospect,  commentators started pointing out the lack of logic behind the frenzy.  Slowly the reality is dawning that the stock markets have become 'dens of speculation' driven by the profiteering cravings of uninformed 'day traders' who refuse to take scare of the looming dangers in the economies of the world - once again, reminiscent of the 'golden twenties' before the 1929 collapse.

The first week of April. 2000, had seen the voluntary closure of the Tiger Fund,  2nd largest hedge fund in the world,  after its assets had dropped by some 12 billion pounds.  The reason for its closure was given as "inability to read or understand the Stock Market trends."  Mr Soros, one of the richest and most successful investors in the world, shortly after, followed suite with one of his Investment institutions, declaring his inability to compete with the irrationality of the new computer driven investing novices.  Friday, 14 April 2000, ended a week in which the vast amount of $2 000 000 000 000 (trillion $) of market capital was wiped out!  Yet, the 'New Economy 'investors' refused to take fright!

The boom has been fueled also by the media with misinformation and concealing of the danger signs in the financial world.  There are reports of Fund Advisors who lost their lucerative jobs for (rightly) pointing out negative factors to investors, thereby failing to be 'positive only'!  In the mean time,  Banks were making millions promoting and backing the 'New economy boomers' - the e-commerce technology craze.

On 14th March 2001, the Japanese Stock Market had fallen to a 16 year low, and the Japanese Bank Crisis threatened to drag the world into a financial mire. Yet, the Bull refuses to die!

Some commentators are of the impression that "just as the upswing of the 'new economy' tech cycle took the economy further and caused the world's biggest and longest boom ever,  which lasted longer than the cycles of the industrial age, so might the downswings..."  With the world having become universally interdependent, any downturn in the USA will effect the entire world.

End of 1st quarter of 2001 results

- AP called it "one of the market's worst quarters in decades".
- The Dow has successfully posted its most dismal first quarter ever in terms of overall points. The 3-month loss also garners the title "worst first-quarter performance since 1978" in terms of market percentage.
- the Nasdaq closed at its lowest level in more than two years. Having fallen 25.5% during the first three months of 2001, the Nasdaq also brings home a "worst-ever" award.  It is down more than 63% from its high of 5048 in March 2000!

And still, the average investor refuses to take fright - the great crash is still ahead!

How does this all link-up with our topic? Simply that the culmination of greed and financial manipulation of the masses, are reaching the point of collapse - referred to in Bible Prophecy as "the Fall of Babylon the Great" at the Time of the End.  The bigger the stock market Bubble grows,  the larger will be the deflation.  When the financial systems of the world collapse, mankind will find that their money, savings and pensions are worthless.  It is significant that the Book of Revelations refer to the fall of Babylon, the 'prostitute',  as occurring  "in one hour" (Rev. ch 18 - note v. 10 & 19).

Note the accent in the following Scriptures, on business and trade as the 'deceiving god',  the "opium of the masses":

Rev. 18:9 -  'the kings of the earth lived with her in luxury'
verse 3 -  'every merchant has grown rich through her debauchery'
verse 11 - 'the traders of the earth wept in distress over her fall'
verse 12 -  'there is no one left to buy her goods'
verse 14 -  'the life of magnificense and ease has gone'
verse 15 -  'the traders had made a fortune out of her'
verse 17 -  'her riches were destroyed in a single hour'
verse 18 -  'all those making a living out of the sea and sea transport, lamented over her fall'
verse 19 -  'her lavish living had made a fortune for shipowners' (oil?)
verse 23 -  'all the nations were under her spell'

Her Final Verdict?  She will fall in one hour!  Then God will set up His righteous Kingdom.
 

Y2K Computer Bug

Y2K fears have proven to be the biggest Financial Hoax of all time.  The pivotal danger rollover dates have all come and gone, seemingly with hardly any problems.

As the countdown to Y2K drew to a close towards the end of 1999,  a spirit of optimism dominated throughout the world.  The uneventful Rollover into 1.1.2000  served to make fools,  not only of Doom Prophets, but more so,  of the most brilliant minds in the world,  which indulged in a preventive spending spree of billions around the world, in order to update their computer systems against the risks of the Y2K date change.

The technological revolution of the 90's and the successful computer date Rollover into the new millennium, has boosted man's ego to limitless heights.  The invincibility of mankind's ingenuity seems to have been proven beyond any doubts.  for once and all,  and has managed to eradicate man's need for a Creator God almost entirely.

It would require some very severe world problem to bring this highly efficient world to its knees.  With the Y2K risk now eliminated,  there remains yet a few other events, unique since early history,  with the potential power to stop the world in its tracks and bring about such Time of Distress.

So, why should there be a 'Time of Distress'?  Why are there so many Doom Prophets around at this time?  Why is this Page simply one of thousands proclaiming the same Message of looming distress and World Chaos?  And, it is noteworthy that these outcries of warning come not only from 'religious freaks', but also from informed scientists, educators, medical specialists, economists, investment fundies and the likes.

The foundation for the outcries of this Web Site is based on ancient Prophetic Scriptures as contained in the Bible.  The warranty underlying the probability of a near future fulfillment of these Prophecies,  is based on the factual outcome of so many of these Prophecies - especially over the last few decades and seemingly culminating at this very time of the closing of the millennium - the 6th since Creation, according to the Bible.  The 7th Day - or Millennial Sabbath - is dawning, and as foretold in Prophecies written 4000 years ago, would be preceded by increasing world turmoil, and a time of distress "as never before in history"  (Refer Daniel  12, Matt. 24:21,29,  Rev. 7:14,  Warning Trumpets.  Refer also to the records of miraculous fulfillment proven by history, in the On-Site book copy:  Jerusalem - Final Countdown to Armageddon)

It seems that mankind had 'jumped the gun' by celebrating their greatest 'party' in history one year before the time - on 31 Dec. 1999,  in the process tranquilizing themselves against the "Time of Great Distress" for which they should really have prepared!
 

Solar Storms threaten to disrupt the world's communications satellites

Never yet in history, have there been as many satellites encircling the earth.  These satellites control the vast communications network of this technological age.

The Solar Cycle  reaches a peak every 11 years.  Scientists at NASA deliberate that we may now (March 2001) have reached the current solar maximum which could span a 2-4 year period, with the potential to cause havoc amidst this vast outer satelite network.

On 2 April 2001,  a major solar flare, rated as the biggest X-ray flare on record,  was unleashed.  Space weather forecasters had to estimate its intensity as X-22 on a scale that only goes to 20, after sensors on a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration satellite could no longer measure it.  The big explosion, which took place near the Sun's northwest limb, hurled a coronal mass ejection (CME) into space - at a whopping speed of roughly 7.2 million km/h - but not directly towards Earth.  This fortunately prevented major damage to satellites, like that caused in 1989 by a lesser solar flare when some 2000 problems with Satellites were experienced.   For graphic details of this damage, click here:

At this time,  the daily sunspot count soared to 301, about twice the monthly averaged value expected for the solar cycle peak.  On March 31, 2001, it measured 349,  at the same time that a Cannibalistic Coronal Mass Ejection hit earth's magnetosphere.

Satellite failures are frequently the consequence of a stormy space environment which cause damage to memory cells.  This can alter the information stored in the computer and produce phantom commands. Non-critical circuits may continue to function with false information; however, it can be devastating if impacts happen in control systems or decision-making circuits. Control systems can be switched into an undesired mode for which there is no reset option.  Following major magnetic storm activity, the atmosphere heats and expands, exerting an increased drag on satellites in orbit around the earth. These satellites slow down and as a result change their orbits.. During such a storm event, for example, the SMM (Solar Maximum Mission) spacecraft was reported to have "dropped as if it hit a brick wall" due to the increased atmospheric drag.

" - Giant flash of energy startles astronomer" - (Miami Herald 23 Sept. 1999) Astronomers worldwide are tracking down a mysterious and unusual burst of energy that exploded like a flashbulb in the sky last week, lingered several hours and disappeared.  ''Something really unusual is going on,'' said astronomer Bob Hjellming at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory in New Mexico. Latest Solar Storm havoc report - 16 Aug 2001

INTRIGUING ENERGETIC SOLAR EVENT OF 16 AUGUST

A rapid and bright full halo coronal mass ejection (CME) was determined by SOHO science members to be travelling outward along the plane of the sky at a speed as high as approximately 1,200 kilometers per second (4.3 million kilometers per hour or about 2.7 million miles per hour). This is four times as high as the average velocities for CMEs.  Fortunately the coronal mass ejection disturbance associated with this event was directed outward and away from the Earth.

Part of the problem was in identifying the source of this activity. It did not occur anywhere on the visible side of the Sun. It therefore must have originated from somewhere fairly far behind the Sun.

What was perhaps the most fascinating and puzzling aspect was the strength of the proton event and the rapidity with which it reached the Earth.  This particular event was associated with exceptionally high velocity protons travelling at near relativistic velocities (near the speed of light). During this event, protons increased in density near the Earth to about 300 times normal background levels.

It is very rare for protons to reach the Earth from so far behind the Sun and even rarer for protons to reach the Earth so rapidly after an event occurs on the far side of the Sun. In fact, such a prompt and intense proton event has apparently never been observed from such a distant location near the other side of the Sun.  So one of the big questions that has been raised is: how did this particular solar event produce such an intense and rapid response at the Earth? There will undoubtably be many scientific papers over the ensuing years that attempt to address this question.

This energetic proton event produced serious degradations in space-based images of the Sun and has affected spacecraft star-tracking cameras and other imaging instruments on spacecraft by introducing streaks of light (caused by high-energy protons impacting the imaging electronics) that can confuse the instruments. Such energetic proton events can also produce permanant degradation in the electrical generating efficiency of spacecraft solar array panels. Other spacecraft anomalies can (and do) accompany such strong proton events.

It should be noted that this event is harmless to life on Earth. The Earth's atmosphere (ionosphere) shields us from the effects of the enhanced proton related space radiation. Whether it rotates into earth's view as a potent sunspot group capable of producing significant energetic solar flares is a question that many will be asking over the next few days.  http://www.spacew.com

Havoc from the Heavens

Is it co-incidence that the significant Season of the Biblical Feast of Trumpets,  which in 1999 started on Sept. 9,  witnessed the correctness of the eerie predictions of some scientists about a 'lawless' Comet named Lee, Their conjectures that this Comet could cause havoc on earth - like earthquakes and calamitous storms, much as it has been scoffed at,  has since proven true.

The effect on planet earth, of Comet Lee, the "unpredictable and lawless" Comet, discovered in April 99, was highly intriguing due to its trajectory through outer space at the time of the Festivals of the seventh Biblical month.  On 6 Septa 99, a few days before the start of the 7th Biblical month,  the sun, moon, earth and Venus lined up in conjunction, while the earth passed through the orbit of this comet.  According to some scientists,  the celestial forces exerted by this Comet,  was the cause of the increased number and power of earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms, and other unprecedented weather changes during the final months of 1999.  The predictions of these scientists, weeks ahead of time, were featured on this Web Page - and we presented it as probable Warning 'Trumpets',  to co-incide with the Biblical Season of the Feast of Trumpets.  This Sacred Season was officially dated for 11 September 1999 to 3 October 1999.  The spiritual meaning implied in this Festive Season points to the possibility that it served as a preview of the fulfillment of the Divine Plan for humanity - i.e.  the establishment of physical Divine Rule of Peace,  to be set up on earth,  after the present corrupt system of civilization will have been destroyed.  This Festive Period,  marked by the blowing of Trumpets, is spiritually intended to serve as Divine Warning Signs of impending Times of Distress,  in the process of the overthrow of the current worldly system and the establishment of direct Divine Rule on earth.

These scientists predicted the possibility of catastrophic natural disasters caused by this comet on earth,  and even electric discharges,  like inter-planetary thunderbolts through space,  to the moon or Earth.  The danger existed that debris from this comet could smash into the earth.  Interestingly,  Biblical Prophecy describes such celestial implications during what it calls,  the "Final Seven Trumpets" or "time of great distress" for humanity.

We are told in the Bible to expect great heavenly signs which will bring terror,  in the period preceding the Coming of God to Judge the earth and inaugurate His Kingdom which will rule over the earth from Jerusalem.

Luke 21:25  "There will be signs in the sun, in the moon and in the stars. On the earth,  nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the
sea.  Men dying of fear,  apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken."  (Events predicted to immediately precede the Coming of Messiah).

Isa 13:13  "Therefore I will make the heavens tremble and the earth will shake from its place at the wrath of  YHVH Almighty, in the day of his burning anger."

According to the Prophecies outlined in the Book of Revelations,  the fearsome events of Seven Final  'Trumpets' bring the final woes over the earth to inaugurate the Kingdom Rule of God over the earth.  The first four of these Trumpets,  bring events which are related to the activities of 'heavenly bodies'.

Rev. 8:7  "The first angel blew his Trumpet, and with that, hail and fire mixed with blood were dropped on the earth.  (meteor showers, comet debris, electric storms causing death?) a third of the earth was burnt up and a third of all trees and every blade of grass was burnt.  The second angel blew his Trumpet, and it was as though a great mountain, all on fire,  had been dropped into the sea (parts of the comet, asteroids?). A third of all the living things in the sea were killed, and a third of all ships were destroyed.  The third angel blew his Trumpet and a huge star fell from the sky, burning like a ball of fire, and it fell on a third of all rivers and springs.  This was the star called Wormwood. ... The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun and a third of the moon and a third of the stars were blasted ..."  (also Amos 8:9) (verse 13)  "Trouble, trouble trouble for all the people on earth at the sound of the other three trumpets".

Following is a list of some of the worst natural disasters which struck across the earth in the footsteps of Comet Lee.

August 1999 - 15 000 people died in a 7,3 earth quake in Turkey

September 1999 - 3 million residents evacuated from cities in Florida USA, in the path of a category orated hurricane.

7 September 1999 - 122 people die in Athens earthquake  350 buried under rubble.

22 September 1999 - Taiwan struck by 7,6 earthquake.   2000 dead and 2650 buried in the rubble of homes and buildings.

30 September 1999 - 7,4 earthquake in the City of Mexico.  Weeks of heavy rain caused the worst floods in 300 years in Mexico.

1 Nov. 1999 - Eastern India hit by worst Cyclone ever - 1,5 million people left homeless.

1 Nov. 1999 - Taiwan hit by 3rd major Earth Quake, measuring 6,9 on the Richter scale.

5 Nov. 1999 - Vietnam - 7 million people affected by the worst floods in 100 years.

12 Nov. 99 - Turkey hit once more in the same region by a 7,2 earthquake.

20 Dec. 99 - Venezuela struck by worst storms this century.   86 000 people reported missing.

Feb/Mch 2000 - Mocambique struck by worst floods in history.

The year 2000 brought a spate of earthquakes and flood disasters around the world, continuing into the year 2001.

Conclusion

There has never yet in history been a time when the practical fulfillment of so many fearsome prophecies were physically possible.  We have now reached a stage where the glittering creations of mankind stand the real chance of crumbling in the dust!

What remains for us, is to decide how to cope with such eventualities.
 

Solution and Strategy

The very purpose and message entailed in the Biblical Sacred Feasts, is to set a direction, to provide an 'escape route' to a 'fortress of hiding',  and then to serve as a 'commemorative beacon' of things to come.

The Sacred Biblical (Hebraic) Feasts depict the Reconciliation Process in the Divine Plan for the individual.  These Feasts fall in two broad categories:
- the first few, falling in the first Sacred month (Mch/Apr), depict the 'exodus' of the individual from an 'ungodly' lifestyle,  yielding to the inner call for acknowledging God and turning to a 'godly' lifestyle, and
- the second series, in the seventh month, foreshadowing the eventual atonement with the Most High,  escaping condemnation in the Final Judgment Trials and  qualifying for entry into the Kingdom of God.

These fear-inspiring Trumpet Warnings,  which promise to bring great destruction on earth in the Divine Process of overthrowing the evil domination of the powers of Darkness - should therefore be heeded.  When approaching a railway level-crossing with red warning lights flashing,  it would be reckless to ignore the warnings and carry on driving.  It would be equally foolish to disregard the Divine Warnings of the Final Trumpets of God.

Unfortunately,  when it entails spiritual matters,  the human being is inherently rebellious and stubborn,  and many would prefer reasoning these Warnings away, or more tragically even, rebelling against it.  Rather than grabbing the final opportunity to adhere and select the security of safety precautions which are freely available but for the acceptance thereof,  many would choose to yield to the spirit of rebellion or the obstinacy of human nature.

Correctly understood, the fearful prospects of the many doomsday projections which face humanity at this eventful time in history, should be welcomed.  It is true therefore,  that believers the world over, are experiencing growing excitement at the prospect that the Promises of the Bible are really true;  that the Kingdom of God is now really imminent, and that entry into this Kingdom may soon be a reality!

It is in this spirit that BIBLE REVELATIONS present the restorative and revelationery studies on this Web Site, in the confidence that it will ensure compliance with the required 'immigration criteria' for would-be 'immigrants' to this eternal Kingdom.

You are invited to check these guidelines with the Scriptures,  and in doing so, it would be wise to lay aside the guidelines of traditional religion and rely solely on the Word of God.

So, what sets these studies of BIBLE REVELATIONS above traditional religion, wisdom and customs, while claiming,  it seems,   to be on a par with the Word of God?

The fact that it is restorative (of the Original True Faith as mandated by the Most High) and that it is revelationery.  Also the fact that its Restoration Message has been part of a universal process which has been sweeping the world over the last 30 years in ever widening and faster growing cycles.  This fact alone, should be sufficient proof of the authenticity of this Message - for it is a universal non-organisational trend, shared by enlightened and independent self-studiers of the Word of God.  A process of this nature can only be prompted and driven by the Spirit of the Most High, for the forces of Darkness will not promote obedience to the Authority of the Most High neither the exalting of His Supremacy.
